Funding for communities to explore and celebrate their local wildlife
Community Wildlife will fund projects that bring local people together to discover, enjoy or protect the wildlife in their local area.
The Big Lottery Fund have teamed up with the BBC Wildlife Fund’s Go Wild campaign to bring you the Community Wildlife programme.
This new programme will fund projects that bring local people together to discover, enjoy or protect the wildlife in their local area.
Grants of between £300 and £10,000 are available to not for profit groups (including Community Interest Companies), Local Councils, Schools (as long as the whole community benefits) and health bodies.
