Portsmouth's Cultural Consortium - shaping culture's future

The Executive Biographies

Martin Chalk
At the age of 46 I find myself neither one of the beneficiaries of activities and opportunities for the over 50's and certainly don't fall within the Youth category. Many's the time I've applied to the BBC 'New Talent' schemes only to find I'm ineligible. Therefore my mission is to include everyone in the community and tap into all that latent talent out there. Culture should be by and for all Portsmouth residents.
